Both Ron Kimmerle, 49, and Taylor Dravenstatt, 20 are on trial for burglary and receiving stolen property. Their Aug. 6 felony settlement conference was continued to Tuesday, Aug. 21, at Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta on request of defense counsels. Kimmerle remains in jail. Dravenstatt, now represented by a private attorney, is out on bail.
Kevin Brennan, wildlife biologist for the state Department of Fish and Wildlife, was called out last week to remove two deer killed on the Hill when vehicles hit them.
