The victim of a fatal solo motorcycle collision on Tuesday night, Nov. 4, has been identified as David Reed.
The 42-year-old Hemet man collided with a tree and then a concrete wall on Highway 243 just south of Riverside County Playground Road at about 5:20 p.m. He died at 6:31 p.m. in an Idyllwild Fire ambulance.
