The California Highway Patrol reported one collision on Hill highways over the last week.
At 10:55 a.m. Saturday, May 21, Kenneth Roger Wilson Jr., 40, of Murrieta, was driving his 2007 grey Honda Odyssey eastbound on Highway 74 just west of Morris Ranch Road when he made an unsafe turning movement. Wilson’s Odyssey then struck a 2015 blue Triumph Scrambler motorcycle ridden by Joy R. Lewis, 33, of Ventura, who was also moving in an eastbound direction, attempting to pass Wilson.
Lewis complained of abrasions on her left hip and pain in her left ankle and was transported to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar. Wilson was uninjured and no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
California Highway Patrol Officer Dan Maciborski noted no other reported incidents dating from Wednesday, May 18.
