Ryan Mason was one of two men who pleaded guilty to burglary of the Mountain Center Market in September 2015. In March, he was assigned to residential substance abuse treatment prior to felony settlement conference.
The sentencing had been scheduled for Sept. 26; however, following receipt of a probation report in June, Judge Mark Mandio pronounced Mason’s sentence to county jail for a total term of one year and four months. Mason was given credit for serving 213 days of the sentence.
He was remanded to the custody of the Riverside County Sheriff’s office and the other charges were dismissed.
