Mary Lehman, 53, of Idyllwild, has been reappointed to the California State Athletic Commission, where she has served since 2013.

Lehman has been a civil appeals attorney at the Law Offices of Mary A. Lehman since 2002 and was a civil appeals attorney at Gray Cary Ware and Freidenrich LLP from 1991 to 2002. She was a professional boxer from 1999 to 2002.

Lehman earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.

This position requires Senate confirmation and the compensation is $100 per diem. Lehman is a Democrat.
