Soroptimist International is seeking women who are successfully enrolled in an educational program that results in either a certificate, license or undergraduate degree.
Grants are available for amounts ranging up to $1,000. Two types of grants are available.
The first is the “Live Your Dream,” which is designed for women who are the head of household, or provide the primary means of support for themselves and their dependents and demonstrate a financial need. Local recipients are eligible to compete for grants at the Regional Level of Soroptimist International.
A second type of grant, which Soroptimist International Idyllwild only sponsors, does not require the “head of household” designation. Criteria include successful progress in an educational program.
