In August, the sale of the Mountain Center and Pine Cove markets was announced.
Earlier this month, the sale of the Mountain Center Market business was completed. Although the same buyer is purchasing both markets, closure on the Pine Cove Market was delayed, according to owner/seller Shane Stewart.
This sale will be completed by early December, he added.
Stewart is selling the market businesses, but not the property; consequently, he intends for the gasoline station and market business to be maintained.
