Highway 74 is closed from Hemet to Highway 74 at Lake View Drive (Lake Hemet Market)
Highway 243 is closed from lower Saunders Meadow Road south to Highway 74.
Residents, business owners and employees (with proof of residency, business or employment) are permitted north on Highway 243 just to the Keenwild Fire Station from the Garner Valley part of Highway 74.
Residents, business owners and employees (with proof of residency, business or employment) are permitted west on Highway 74 only to McGaugh Road in Mountain Center.
The forest remains closed to traffic and recreation.
