Mark DeAntonio of Pine Cove, who was charged with negligently discharging a firearm, had his Aug. 20 felony settlement conference postponed to Sept. 13.
DeAntonio was arrested on June 25 and charged with three felonies: negligently discharging a firearm, manufacturing a zip gun and being under the influence while in possession of a loaded and operable firearm. He was released on $20,000 bail last month.
