Jeremy Joseph Greene’s Sept. 6 felony settlement conference was moved to Tuesday, Oct. 9.
He was arrested Aug. 23 for the stabbing of Darryl Scholl on the evening of Aug. 21. Greene was charged with three felony counts, including assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm.
Court records show that Greene, 23, of Oceanside, was arrested and convicted in 2014 and 2015 in San Diego County for burglary, larceny and firearms possession by a felon. After the first conviction, sentence was probation, but that was revoked when he was arrested and convicted again. Also, as a convicted felon, he was arrested and convicted of possession of a firearm in 2017.
Greene remains in custody and his bail is set at $105,000.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is continuing to investigate this incident.
