CR & R, which operates the Riverside County Transfer Station on Saunders Meadow Drive, will no longer be open on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to Mark Moreau of CR &R.
The County has told CR & R to return to its normal schedule since there has been very little use of the facility on these weekdays.
Following the Cranston Fire, the station was opened seven days a week to help residents dispose of fire debris and food spoiled from the power outage during the Fire.
“There has hardly been any debris,” Moreau said.
