On Nov. 7, Judge John Molloy dismissed the Riverside County case involving Rodney Rickman, 48, of Mountain Center. The state of Alabama had a fugitive warrant issued for Rickman.
He was arrested on Oct. 23, in Palm Desert. Molloy stated in the initial hearing that if the requesting state did not pick Rickman up, then he “waives his appearance for the hearing set for Nov. 7.”
At the November hearing, it was reported that the requesting state, Alabama, had taken custody of Rickman.
