Sheriff’s deputies made a narcotics raid on a house on
Tahquitz Drive and took seven people into custody. This followed a raid earlier in the week by Idyllwild vigilantes as a result of which three men were charged with trespassing.

The Sierra Madre Girl Scout Council purchased the 320-acre Kolisch Ranch in Garner Valley.
