Highway 243 is closed in both directions just north of Lake Fulmor.
However, a second project on Highway 243 between Skyland Ranch and Mt. Edna Road will result in a flagging operation. One lane will be open and a pilot vehicle will guide traffic through the work zone, but only in that area. Highway 243 from there to north of Lake Fulmor remains closed until Friday, Dec. 14.
This work, slope repairs and drainage will be limited to two days — from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. both Tuesday, Dec. 11, and Wednesday, Dec. 12.
