Caltrans will start emergency culvert and basin repairs on Highway 243 with one-way traffic from Keenwild Station to Saunders Meadow Road./ on SR-243. The work was to start at 7 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14 and finish at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17.
