Caltrans has completed the emergency culvert repairs on Highway 243 in Idyllwild. Highway 243 is now opened in both directions northwest of Lake Fulmor, however, on Thursday, January 24 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., there will be a one-way flagging operation on Highway 243 to apply the final touches to this project.
