From early morning until before sunset, expect to see many trucks on Tuesday and Wednesday, March 12 and 13 passing through Idyllwild.
Cal Trans is advising commuters of potential delays Highway 243 in Idyllwild. Contracting crews will be moving materials from Highway 74 to Highway 243 in a continual effort to repair damages.
Large vehicles will be driving through Idyllwild from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. in order to transport these materials north to the areas on Highway 243, which were damaged from the massive rain and runoff on Feb 14.
