On Aug. 27, Mountain Disaster Preparedness and Caltrans hosted a town hall to give the community an update on highways 74 and 243. Part of that town hall included tips from public safety officials on how to further develop the community/public safety partnership.
One of the things discussed by Riverside County Emergency Management Department Director Bruce Barton was the addition of sirens to our mountain to alert residents and visitors of emergencies. What are your thoughts on installing sirens on the mountain?
