If there ever was a time to “Buy Local,” this is it!

It’s about saving our community now and for the future.

Many of our local businesses have been hit hard by the government’s decision to shut down what it considers nonessential businesses in an effort to contain the spread of COVID-19.

Some businesses are struggling to remain open to serve us through all of this. Some have had to shut down entirely. Sadly, some may not reopen when this is all over.

To save our little community, let’s resolve to buy local — groceries, pharmaceuticals, hardware, general supplies, fuel, gifts, meals, wine, coffee, tea and more.

We want and need these businesses on the Hill while normalcy makes its comeback.

So, let’s all “Buy Local” together.
