Last week in “Days of Our Nine Lives,” ARF cats discussed the services offered by ARF to pet guardians.

Whiskers: (creeping into the ARF office) Hello? Is anyone here? Hello?

Sadie: (following Whiskers) It’s eerily quiet in here.

Pepper: (entering) There is a very good reason for the quiet. Maybe you should sit down for this.

Sadie: Oh heck. Just tell us!

Pepper: Zeus and Bear have been adopted! They went together to the same forever home!

Whiskers: Woohoo! That is fabulous!

Pepper: And on top of that, we now have three kittens.

Sadie: More kittens? No way!

Pepper: There’s one girl and two boys, but two have already been spoken for. That leaves one adorable little boy. They will be ready to head to their new homes on Aug. 17.

Pepper: They will be adopted quickly, but maybe not as quickly as the dogs have been. ARF takes in such cute dogs and they are adopted within a week. How the heck does a potential adopter learn about new ARF dogs?

Heavenly
Whiskers:
People looking to adopt a dog should probably complete a “looking for” form here at ARF. It is then hung on a board and all the forms are checked immediately whenever ARF takes in a dog. The people who complete the forms are contacted right away if the dog meets their descriptions.

Zeus: That makes sense. How does a person do this?

Bear: The easiest way is to call ARF and let them know. They will complete the form and hang it, then the waiting begins!

Pepper:
And folks who want a furry four-legged should keep checking the ARF Facebook page or the ARF website.

Be sure to keep up with the animal antics of “Days of Our Nine Lives” each week.
