One collision occurred on Highway 74 last week, according to California Highway Patrol Public Information Officer Matt Napier.
On Oct. 6 at 11:15 a.m., Steven Lynn Gamblin, 60 of Tustin, was driving his white 2013 Chevrolet Silverado eastbound on Highway 74 near mile marker 55 at about 35 mph.
For unknown reasons, Gamblin drifted off the roadway into the right-hand shoulder and struck a large boulder. Gamblin was uninjured and his vehicle was towed by Idyllwild Garage.
