Richard Schwartz, president of Pine Cove Property Owners Association (PCPOA), announced late last week that the association will host Terri Kasinga of Caltrans at its Saturday, Nov. 7 Zoom meeting.
PCPOA members will receive invitations by email so be on the lookout. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m.
Kasinga, public and media affairs chief for Caltrans District 8, will give a presentation about the culvert projects on highways 74 and 243, which as of now, have a completion date of late November.
