Here are the local election results as of 6 p.m. Saturday. The Riverside County Registrar of Voters has approximately 1,000 vote-by-mail and 5,000 provisional ballots left to process. The next update is scheduled after the newspaper goes to press.

Idyllwild Fire Protection District Board

Christina Reitz: 986 votes

Dennis Fogle (appointed incumbent): 681 votes

Dan Messina (appointed incumbent): 667 votes

Lake Hemet Municipal Water District Board

David “Joe” Jorgensen: 2,455 votes

Hamilton Jones (appointed incumbent): 1,445 votes

Mt. San Jacinto College Board of Trustees, Area 1

Brian Sylva: 26,678 votes

Edison Gomez-Krauss: 23,150 votes

Joseph Williams: 21,158 votes

Randy Voepel (Republican, incumbent): 135,982 votes (Riverside County: 11,964 votes)
