Brendan Steele fired rounds of 66-68-70-66 to post a 10-under-par 270 and tie with one other for second place at the Zozo Championship in Japan last week.

The native Idyllwilder posted an eagle and 18 birdies against 8 bogeys and a double. Individual performance statistics were not available from Japan, but highlights included his day-one play of the 376-yard, par-4 10th hole, where he canned his second shot for an eagle 2.
