Hill to move into District 4
The Riverside County Board of Supervisors voted to adopt Map F as the basis for the new supervisorial districts beginning with next spring’s primary election and the November general election.
The vote was 4-1 with Supervisor Manuel Perez (District 4) the opposing vote. This vote followed Perez’s motion to adopt the Community Map 1.4, which did not receive a second for Perez’s motion.
Pine Cove, Idyllwild, Mountain Center and Garner Valley to south of Lake Hemet are moved to District 4.
In Map F, Anza, Sage, Aguanga and Lake Riverside all remain in District 3.
