Paisley

Last week in “Days of Our Nine Lives,” the ARF cats greeted new cats Paisley and Lucy.
Phil: Now that was a quiet weekend.
Whiskers: Now that you mention it, yes it was.
Don: I was hoping that one of us would find a home.
Whiskers: True, and Claire still needs a place to call her own.
Don: I just don’t understand. We are all so friendly.
Claire: I am, too! And I’m easy on the eyes, yes?
Pepper: Yes, you are. You’d be a great companion for someone who likes to hike and go on walks.
Claire: No kidding. Or just give me a fenced yard where I can sun myself, play, run. You know!
Lulu: Really. Why are you still here?
Claire: Good question. I think if humans made a point to meet me, they’d fall in love.
Lulu: And folk who aren’t looking for a dog, but want company, might like one of us cats.
Lucy: Like me! And talk about being “easy on the eyes” as Claire said, I am a looker.
Harley: Yes Lucy, you are. You have such beautiful calico markings.
Paisley: And I may not be a calico, but I’m pretty, none-the-less. And I’m very friendly, too.
Harley: I think it’s safe to say that we all meet any requirements. It’s kind of one-stop shopping here at ARF.
Pepper: Something for everyone!
Lulu: All ages and sizes will find the perfect four-legged family member.
Lucy: A family isn’t complete without a loyal pet.
Claire: That’s right. We fill voids some people didn’t even know were there.
