Rehearsals will be primarily at Idyllwild Arts at Lowman Hall, with Stephens Hall as backup if Lowman is occupied with a concert or special event. Rehearsal dates begin Oct. 4 and end Dec. 13 with two more rehearsals Friday evening and Saturday morning, Dec. 16 and 17. Concerts in Lowman Hall are at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, and 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18.

As guests at Idyllwild Arts, IMC members must adhere to strict COVID protocols requiring members to be fully vaccinated and to show proof of vaccination as well as mandatory masks at rehearsals. If these protocols change, IMC will update members. A choral or singing mask must be worn to, from and during rehearsals. Masks will be provided, as well.

Repertoire for the coming season is in the planning process with decisions made appropriately as rehearsals begin through October and November.

Individuals who wish to join may email to [email protected] or send mail to IMC, P.O. Box 3244, Idyllwild, CA 92549. Respond with your choral resume, and singing history. Auditions will be at St. Hugh’s Episcopal Church from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25 and Sunday, Oct. 9. Include name, address, phone number, email address, vocal part, comments and which day you wish to audition.
