Photographer Gina Genis of Idyllwild and Orange County held a book signing at the Idyllwild Historical Society Saturday afternoon. “Everyone and Their Mother, Vol. 1” is made up of environmental portraits of people living in Idyllwild with 150 pages of full color photos and interviews of her subjects.
The Art Alliance of Idyllwild is starting the Second Saturday Art Fair beginning Aug. 10 at the Idyllwild Community Center site. The tiled mosaic at the front of Idyllwild School has passed away. Weather on the Hill was too much for the fragile artwork, according to Principal Matt Kraemer.
