Mr. Mike Van Zee (seventh and eighth grade Social Studies teacher) chose the Idyllwild School Students of the Week. Rocco Marshall (top) is an intelligent, kind and hardworking young man. His wide range of interests and talents coupled with his friendly and engaging demeanor make him a wonderful student and overall human being. River Fernandes is always engaged when it comes to classroom learning and discussions. He has a wide range of knowledge and unique insights that make him a pleasure to work with in class. “I admire his work ethic and his desire to learn new things,” said Mr. Van Zee.
