A joint Riverside County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD), U.S. Forest Service and federal Drug Enforcement Agency marijuana eradication operation netted 10,017 mature plants on Thomas Mountain, southwest of Garner Valley, according to Captain John Pingel, RCSD.
