Highway 243 reopening
According to Caltrans Public Information Officer Terri Kasinga, Highway 243 near Lake Fulmor will fully open in both directions after 4 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12. This is earlier than the anticipated opening day of Friday, Dec. 14.
