Legion members honor veterans

On Sunday, the Idyllwild American Legion Post 800 veterans and their families honored the service of all U.S. military veterans. The 11th day of the 11th month at the 11th hour is the special moment in history noting the end of World War One, which is remembered for the first Armistice Day. Leading the Post’s observance were Cid Castillo, Frank Maholand, Ron Draper, Danny Richardson, Jim Nutter and Rick Foster.
