Danny Richardson will become president, Rick Foster is president-elect for 2014-15, Chuck Weismart will be vice-president, Trisha Clark remains secretary, and Bob Lippert continues as treasurer.

Espinosa gave Rotarians and their guests a summary of the club’s charitable activities this year. More than $5,000 was sent to the Rotary Foundation, which supports many valuable projects around the world.

Locally, Rotarians donated to the Idyllwild Library, $5,000 to the Idyllwild Scholarship Fund, $5,000 to the Idyllwild Community Center project, $1,000 to the summer concerts, and $1,000 to outstanding students attending Idyllwild School.

Other recipients included the Neighborhood Watch program, Twin Pines Ranch, WNKI radio station, the Mary Austin Scholarship Fund, the Idyllwild Fire Volunteer Company, the Youth Sports program and Riverside Mountain Rescue (RMRU). Third-graders at several schools in the area received dictionaries.
