California Highway Patrol and Cal Fire are responding to a single-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 243 at Keenwild Station, which had traffic blocked. The crash was reported at 1:05 p.m. CHP arrived on scene at 1:25 p.m. Idyllwild Garage was called to clear the wreck.
