The assailant in the Tuesday night stabbing has been arrested. After an extensive investigation, the Riverside Sheriff’s Hemet Station team arrested him Thursday evening. Idyllwild Water District General Manager Jack Hoagland said about Foster Lake Monday, “The lake is about 5+ feet from full (18-feet) so around 70% full.” The lake, a water storage facility for IWD, has been dry for several years.
