Feb. 14, 2019 — Cal Fire successfully rescued the occupant of a motor vehicle caught in flood waters at Hwy 74 and Morris Ranch Road.
Gary Fox of Cathedral City was with his Rottweiler and neighbor for an afternoon of fishing at Lake Fulmor Friday. Fox was walking down an icy path with his dog and slipped, suffering a laceration and a possible broken femur. Idyllwild Fire was summoned to transport him to Desert Regional Medical Center.
