Idyllwild resident Don Lenik, 84, passed away at his residence in Idyllwild on Tuesday, May 1, said friends Bob and Pat Parish. According to Pat, Lenik died alone from apparent natural causes and his body was discovered several days after his passing. A frequent attendee at Town Crier story meetings, a devotee of the Idyllwild Summer Concert Series, a flower lover and Garden Club participant, and a good dancer, Lenik always had a ready smile.
