No injury in traffic crash
At 11:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22, Megan Reeves, 30, of Idyllwild, was traveling west on Highway 243. She failed to park correctly, and her white 1997 Ford F150 pickup rolled forward and hit a wooden fence. Damage was minor.

A large (magnitude 3.7) earthquake occurred about 10:45 a.m. Monday, Feb. 26. It was about 11 miles east/southeast of Anza and 18 miles southwest of La Quinta. As of about 11 a.m., no injuries or major damage were reported as result of this quake.
