    Work begins on new water storage tank

    The Idyllwild Water District is constructing a new 200,000-gallon water storage tank for its Golden Rod well. The new tank ring foundation pad (shown) required 40 yards of poured concrete. Steel construction will begin next Wednesday to allow the foundation to cure.
