In the past hour, Riverside County has counted 17,000 more votes. The total ballots counted is 162,594, which is 19 percent of eligible county voters. These are the third results reported and are just 18,000 votes more than the tabulation of the early vote-by-mail ballots reported shortly after the polls closed at 8 p.m. During the period, the split between Rep.
