Idyllwild School Girls close season with first loss

The Idyllwild School Girls basketball team lost their first game of the season yesterday. Noli School beat them 28-18 in the season ending game.
Coach Holly Guntermann was pleased with the 8-1 record and is looking forward to next year’s season.

Many Idyllwild girls attended the Hemet High School Volleyball camp for 4th through 9th graders this week. The Goldspotted oak borer, the non-native beetle that has killed more than 80,000 oaks in San Diego County, has been positively identified in an Idyllwild oak, on Highway 243 near the center of town.
