In Riverside Superior Court, Matthew James Subish, 38, of Idyllwild pleaded guilty to a felony burglary charge. Prosecutors dismissed the charge of purchase or receiving a stolen vehicle.
Subish was arrested on Oct. 11, 2011, after Tracy Philippi stopped the burglary in progress on Scenic Drive in Idyllwild. Deputies came and arrested Subish.
After Subish pleaded guilty, Judge Michael Rushton sentenced him to two years in state prison and credited Subish with having served 181 days of the sentence.
one down. now the other criminals need to get caught and put away. I'm wondering about that pine cove rehab recovery place, if it's inviting the greedy and morally weak to prey on the trusting folks.
