Reunited this week were canines Sage, Reno, Jack and Oscar. Hurray and paws up for making it back home.

Bo Peep and Pearl

It’s the new kids on the block! Introducing Bo Peep, a black and white, long-haired female; Pearl, a calico female; and Vincent, a long-haired, gray and white male.

New to the ARF house, but up to old tricks, they are learning basic motor skills such as climbing the kitty tree, hanging on with one claw, and flying across the room onto someone’s shoulder. Hide and seek is a favorite, as is the famous wrestling move of one paw take down. Napping and eating are always favorites, as is being held and petted.

Vincent

Each have their own personalities already. Bo Peep clearly needs room to run, and Vincent likes an equal playmate. Pearl, our calico, is up for a little cat and mouse play, but for the most part, she has already learned the enjoyment of window watching. They are 8 weeks old and ready for you.

Calypso is a female calico and almost 4 months old. She has learned to trust and is welcome to the human hand. She is still up for some playtime, but welcomes her quiet moments in the cat tree simply bird watching. What a great forever cat she will be. Her colors are unique.

Calypso

Gremlin is a playful 9-week-old male kitty. He is friendly with all the kittens in the nursery, litter box trained, and not a meower. His gray color is astonishing, and he already knows the beauty of window watching. Gremlin is ready for a forever home.

Gremlin

Betty Boop is a young chug, pug/Chihuahua mix. She comes with her own faux fur wardrobe and a pink crate. Yep, it’s pink. Small enough for your arm or a purse, she wants to be near you thru your daily ventures and sleep close in the nite. An absolute dream on the leash, potty trained, and not vocal. If you seem to be missing that special someone, Betty could be it. She is good with other dogs, not the feline crowd.

ARF has many cats and dogs available for adoption or fostering. Go to www.arfidyllwild.weebly.com and click on Petfinder. All pets are spayed, neutered, and current on shots. Last week in “Days of Our Nine Lives,” the cats discussed their finer qualities. Bobbie:  Well, that didn’t last long. Audrey: What didn’t last long? Bobbie:  Not what, who.  Patrick.  He has a forever home already! Audrey:  Wow.  That was fast.  But I hear his place in the cattery has been filled, six-times over! Bobbie: …
