In the Labor Day weekend game between Palm Springs Subaru and Idyllwild’s Pacific Slope team, plenty of action took place at home plate. The tournament is a benefit for the Idyllwild School sports program.

Breanna Lewis is a both a successful artist and an athlete. The 13-year-old Idyllwild School student has already been to Irish Dancing World Championships in Belfast and the NFL’s Punt, Pass and Kick team championship earlier this month in San Diego.

Many Idyllwild girls attended the Hemet High School Volleyball camp for 4th through 9th graders this week. Also several Idyllwild members of the Hemet varisity volleyball team coached the younger players during camp. Sitting in the first row, (from left) are Laney Wilke, Payton Priefer and Rory Wilke.
