The Art Alliance of Idyllwild announced that the 112 silent auction items at the “Call of the Wyld” Benefit Concert raised $5,000. AAI will send a donation check to the Idyllwild Community Fund that will match the funds. This means even greater benefit to those who lost the most during the Cranston Fire.

The items that did not sell during this benefit will be offered for auction again on Oct. 13 at the Art Walk and Wine Tasting. Visit the Courtyard Gallery at 54240 Ridgeview Drive to bid on these items from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The CD from the event will be available during October.

Tickets for the Art Walk are available online at www.artinidyllwild.org, or at the Courtyard Gallery, the Spruce Moose and the Town Crier. Volunteer Chair Cyn Grady said, “Please volunteer to make this town-wide event a success.” Contact her at [email protected] if you can spare a few hours to join in the fun and welcome visitors to our mountain community.
