Nov. 3 election update
Here are the local election results as of 6 p.m. Monday. The Riverside County Registrar of Voters has approximately 45,000 vote-by-mail and 25,000 provisional ballots left to process. The website reads: “Under state law, we must continue to accept timely postmarked ballots through Nov. 20.” The next update is scheduled after the newspaper goes to press.

Christina Reitz: 917 votes
Dennis Fogle (appointed incumbent): 637 votes
Dan Messina (appointed incumbent): 623 votes
Lake Hemet Municipal Water District Board
David “Joe” Jorgensen: 2,251 votes
Hamilton Jones (appointed incumbent): 1,348 votes
