Transfer Station holidays

The Idyllwild Transfer Station was closed this Memorial Day creating some confusion.
In the past, the transfer station was closed New Year’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
According to the CR&R office, it is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
The transfer station is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
The Idyllwild Public Library is sponsoring its Summer Reading Program with the theme, “One World, Many Stories.” Registration is open to children and teens.
