

Askim educates Idyllwild audience on contemporary classical music

Conductor and Composer in Residence of Idyllwild Arts, Peter Askim, speaks at the ICRC speakers series on Wednesday evening at the Quiet Creek Gallery. As he gave his talk, “What’s New? The New York International Wine Competition awarded Idyllwild’s Middle Ridge Winery Temecula Valley Red Wine Winery of the Year for 2023. It also awarded gold to its 2017 Mourvedre; silver to its 2017 Cinsaut and 2020 Pinot Noir; and bronze to its NV Ranger Red. Chris Johnston is the wine maker.
