

Rattlesnake season is upon Idyllwild

Last week two hikers came across a six-foot rattlesnake while hiking on Cowbell Alley. The snake was sunning itself on the dirt road. The hikers stopped a safe distance away and waited for the snake to slowly move off of the road before they enjoyed the rest of their hike and the beautiful wildflowers now in bloom.
