LillyThe mountain suits her style, as Lilly is a shepherd/husky mix. She has lots of good energy and, of course, her favorite pastime is being in the outdoors. This 8-year-young girl is gentle on the leash and loves to walk and ride in the car. She also loves to play in the snow. Pleasing her human is always on top of the list. Lilly can shake, sit, stay and loves children, cats and other dogs. Bring your leash, because this girl won’t last long.
DukeDuke, the chow, is another snow lover. Also gentle on the leash, this 8-year-old’s energy will surprise you. Duke is friendly with other canines and loyal to his human. His favorite spot is next to you, awaiting your command. He will surely keep you warm this winter.
AnnieAnnie, the Chihuahua/min pin mix, is still patiently waiting for a home she can call her own. Missy, the Australian shepherd/pit mix, is so happy to be rescued, and wishes for a family to play fetch with. Bobbi, the applehead Chihuahua, and Riley, the shepherd mix, romp and play, hoping their turn is soon.
LeonardMeanwhile, in the cattery, Leonardo has decided he is in love. Just a teenager, Leonardo took on the responsibility of nurturing our two rescued kittens, Dusk and Dawn, who were recently adopted. Mr. Mom meowed for days in search of his little ones, until Miss Tara arrived on the scene. Quite the diva, she fluffed her calico tail and Leonardo was enchanted. Tara, being 5 years Taraold, has wisdom and patience, however. She is content to watch the world go by from her favorite window seat. And, Leonardo can only wish she would make room someday for him to join her.

Look what the wind blew in! Weighing about five pounds, you’ll never even know she’s on your lap. Introducing Miss Feather who was found wandering on Highway 243. Quite the agile girl, she is young, energetic, loving and full of tricks. We believe she is a powder puff Chinese crested mix. We know she is just a sweetheart. Boo is looking for you! This 1-1⁄2-year-old Chiweenie is pure love on the end of your leash. Another good lap dog, Boo will need a secure yard to play in. Friendly with dogs, cats and kids.
